A Multimedia Creation Studio

In the beginning was born a Home Studio

I didn’t start working in my home studio for multimedia creation but for musical projects.

At the beginning I was working for audio editing, musical composition for rap and hip-hop workshops. Over time my home studio has undergone various changes that have transformed it into what it is now a versatile studio in the world of audiovisual.

From Home Studio to Recording Studio

As my needs grew, I soon needed to be autonomous on audio recording sessions. Progressively I equipped myself with a set of microphones, trusting my experience in professional studios and in the microphones I had tried during sessions.

But having mics without using preamps was not possible. I knew only too well the added value of a preamp to a recording. The sound quality that can be provided by devices like Solid State Logic, Neve, Amek and many others…

So I invested and thought of a versatile operation to use these fabulous tools on my physical synthesizers of the time.

Evolution towards the mixing studio

Soon, the clients I had in recording sessions asked me to do their mixes for them. At first to avoid working with several sound engineers, to reduce the cost of the services and to benefit from long-term advice.

Quickly the requests were made for the quality of my work and the speed of execution. Because when you master Logic Pro from its Atari version, using keyboard shortcuts and other technical tricks are all time-savers in musical productions that appeal to your customers.

The major evolution towards the mixing studio was the design of custom home studio furniture to accommodate my peripherals and control surfaces.

Improvement to become a mastering studio

Audio mastering has become a regular service to meet the needs of musicians, labels and production companies.

In the realization of audio masters, the standards are not the same whether you are working on a master for music production or for picture sound. This extremely interesting difference fascinates me.

And when you're done with it?

Nothing is set in stone! Passionate about “Sampling”, sampling, sound synthesis, I have all the tools necessary for the creation of music, mixing, mastering but also Sound Design.

Sound design is part of my DNA, I love creating new sounds. I love to create new sounds, new sounds. Whether it’s from outdoor ambient recordings that I record with a Zoom H6 or with a modular synthesizer for an experimental recording session where analog, digital and organic sounds are mixed. This is why I define myself as a sound designer.

From creation to training there is only one step. Trainer since 2000, my experience in my production studio has served me for the creation of training. I trained for different organizations and in 2020 with the crisis of Covid, I put online my own courses on Logic Pro, Ableton Live, sound design.

I welcomed and trained for 2 years a young person, candidate for the BTS audiovisual.

Video editing studio

Initially for the needs of my own productions and having all the equipment to work on audio it was easy to develop my activity on a visual axis to incorporate the video editing tools that are Final Cut Pro from Apple and the Adobe suite with Premiere Pro.

Editing means video material through filming, so by necessity, after having experimented with several cameras, the need to work with a GH5 became unavoidable.
The choice of lighting and accessories completed the video studio part.

I produce video montages to highlight the visual identity of a company, training, video clips.

Photo and graphic studio

I had all the material so I started to answer the request of a customer concerning a shooting, more particularly for the products of his website.

I realize the photo shooting of products, clothes, objects of art what we call Packshots.

Beyond photography, I work on graphic design with Adobe Lightroom and image editing with Photoshop and Pixelmator Pro. Graphic designer according to visual needs and graphic design to meet your specifications, I make computer graphics, logo creations, flyers, posters both for the web and for print communication. Naturally to communicate on social networks I became a graphic designer.

Web Studio

The creation of websites does not require special equipment. Apart from a computer, a good fiber connection and computer tools for website analysis such as SEMrush and Screamfrog SEO Spider and software for web design like Photoshop and Pixelmator Pro.

To work on the creation of website, online store, I realize models of websites on Adobe XD.
